Welcome to Step Three which is divided into five sections.
I do hope that you have followed my advice and downloaded my introductory steps and information that are not only free but essential to successfully moving through each of the Steps for Success leading towards a better, more positive you and for improved wellbeing.
You will have done my ‘shapes’ test in Step One – Awareness which helps you find out your possible strengths and challenges (weaknesses). I don’t really like the word ‘weaknesses’ that’s why I call them challenges but we all have weaknesses!
Remember too that the shapes test is just a guide for you but you might want to do it again to remind yourself of your strengths and challenges.
