I have been using my Steps for Success techniques for many years now and they have evolved over the years as they helped me cope with what life was throwing at me. I am no different from you, I have good days and not so good days, but at any given moment I can call up my tools that will help me cope with the pressure of the day. After many years it becomes second nature and you get to know the tools and how to use them, with practice, you very quickly assess the situation and the tools and techniques seem to work magically for any given situation. These are not cures, they are tools that your mind can implement to help cope with the issue you are experiencing.
Attract positive people and situations to you. Have the courage to build a positive life. Don’t listen to negative people – these people are afraid of change – not like the ‘new’ you who will embrace change.
